Position Description 

The primary role of a Field Crew / Agricultural Operator is to load and unload trucks, spread material, and operate farm equipment.

Key Accountabilities

•  Load and unload trucks
• Spread material onto fields
• Operate tillage tools including tractors and the use of discs
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Qualifications & Education

· Prior experience operating heavy machinery, including farm, and pumping equipment in an agricultural environment is a definite asset. We are however willing to train potential candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn

· AZ license is an asset

Working Conditions

• Position requires the ability to lift materials, hoses, pumps, and equipment
• This position is primarily performed in the field. The incumbent must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions
• You must be able to stand for long periods of time
• You may be exposed to environmental conditions such as: hot, cold, dirt, dust, wet or noise
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a larger team environment
• You will be required to wear personal protective equipment
• A clean driver's abstract must be provided prior to the interview stage
